TESTIMONIALS
With coaching I realised that I was giving the power away. I was waiting for permission and by waiting I was making myself small. Kshama made me realise that I have to first take the action, and then the fear will disappear.
Kshama helped me identify my vision & goals. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly & easily I am able to manifest the things I want in life. Gives me the enthusiasm everyday when I wake up.
I must admit that I was skeptical about how coaching could help me. But my sessions have completely changed my outlook and literally transformed my life in just 12 weeks. I feel more calm, confident, resilient and content with my life.
I am being present to the different approach and analysis of the answers to the common questions I always asked myself and I believed I knew all about them. I feel challenged, the conversations are opening all new scenario never thought before. I recommend life coaching to anyone as it pushes your personal boundaries and gives you more knowledge about self.
I feel like in every session we uncover a new blind spot. It’s amazing that even with so much self-reflection and investment in growth, you can still not realize your limiting beliefs – until you work with someone like Kshama!
I am happy that Kshama and I got talking about things in my life that were accounting to negative feelings and low self-worth. She helped me sort through the clutter of emotions and manoeuvre my way to positive goals towards my work and relationship. She helped me identify patterns and become aware ideas that are self barring…some of them root their way in childhood, doing no good. I could feel the texture of my day changing as I began to follow a positive morning routine.”
STATS
Success Story 1:
When my client initially sought my help, she was profoundly dissatisfied in her marriage. She lamented that her husband failed to advocate for her, and her in-laws created a toxic environment. Divorce was on her mind. We resolved to invest one year, committing to every necessary effort to salvage the union.
Around month seven or eight, she had a change of heart. The prospect of divorce had faded, replaced by a newfound awareness of her husband's deep affection for her. Moreover, she came to understand that her entrenched beliefs and expectations had been a hindrance, preventing her from recognizing the positive aspects and impeding her experience of love and happiness.
Her journey didn't end there. She underwent several more significant transformations in her relationship with her in-laws and even embarked on the path of entrepreneurship, establishing her own business.
Success Story 2:
One of my clients had encountered a series of unsuccessful relationships, leaving her feeling frustrated and discontented. She had lost hope in finding the right man.
As we delved into her self-awareness and beliefs, she unearthed a pattern in the type of men she was attracting. This pattern was subconsciously affirming her limiting belief that men would inevitably betray her. The root of this belief traced back to her father's infidelity and subsequent abandonment of her and her mother when she was very young. Unknowingly, she was reliving this scenario, solidifying her belief.
Upon uncovering this truth, she came to the realization that she needed to embark on a journey of self-healing. Presently, she has taken a step back to focus on her personal growth and well-being.
Success Story 3:
One of my clients is currently in the midst of a challenging divorce with a highly contentious ex-partner. They share a four-year-old son, and the ex is pushing for full custody, while my client believes the father's behavior is abusive and argues against any contact.
Through our discussions, my client came to a significant realization: her own experiences with her ex were influencing her judgment. While he may treat her poorly, he does not exhibit abusive behavior towards their child. Though he can be self-centered and may not always prioritize the child's best interests, he is not abusive.
Furthermore, she acknowledged the importance of the child having a relationship with his father. While still navigating the complexities of the divorce with my support, she has shifted her approach. Rather than resisting contact with the father, she now establishes clear boundaries to safeguard her own well-being and to prevent controlling behavior on his part.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed every time her ex creates a disturbance, she gains clarity. She discerns what is truly necessary from what is not, allowing her to steer clear of unnecessary drama. This newfound perspective empowers her to take decisive actions, ensuring that any contact remains limited but genuinely serves the best interests of the child.
