Building Habits

Description

According to studies a large part of our daily actions are powered by habits. Meaning your subconscious mind can either work for you or against you. By building daily habits you will redesign your life trajectory and set yourself up for a happier life and relationships.

Module three

Identify Your Limiting Beliefs

Description

You can’t move forward until you manage what’s holding you back. In this module, you will replace your limiting beliefs with a new empowering mindset designed to achieve your desired life.

  • Uncover the source of those limiting beliefs so that you can disempower them
  • Identify the empowering beliefs for you to master moving forward

Who Are You Being?

Description

There are 2 types of people in the world: those who are the victims of life and those who take responsibility for their lives. In this module you will uncover how your state of Being has an impact on life and how you can shift your state to create a happier life.

The Power of Gratitude & Forgiveness

Description

In this module, you will learn the power of forgiving and being grateful. By making a habit of these 2 powerful techniques you will arm yourself with the power to live the life you truly desire.

  • Understand why being grateful for what you have is important and can form the basis of a happier life.

Module six

Foundations for Good Relationships

Description

In this module, you will fill in the blanks with key ingredients you will need to develop a solid foundation for deep connection in your relationships and open the door to being your authentic self.

  • Learn how to set healthy boundaries; don’t say yes when you want to say no
  • Understand why Self-Love is important and how is it different from selfishness
  • Discover the importance of becoming vulnerable

Creating Your Life Blueprint

Description

Any journey becomes easier if you have a roadmap to follow. In this module, you will create a step-by-step action plan for achieving the life that you desire.

Outcome

  • Define your vision for the next 5 years
  • Identify your goals for that period
  • Define an action plan by breaking the goals into smaller SMART milestones and action steps. Take action
Module eight

Action Week

Description

This is the time to challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and discover your true power by going all in. The challenge will be personalized based on your situation.

Outcome

  • Gain empowerment by challenging yourself and getting out of your comfort zone
Module nine

Balanced Reflection

Description

Now it’s time to reflect on your journey, celebrate your wins, and understand what is working or not working. This step is important to identify areas for ongoing support and to create a success blueprint that can be reused in the future in other areas of your life.

  • Celebrate your breakthroughs and your journey so far
  • Reflect on what is working, what is not, and where are you still struggling
